I’m a 2nd year student in the Architectural, Engineering, and CAD Program at Honolulu Community College. And within the past two years my professors have taught us how to us AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, 3ds Max, and Gimp, all in versions 2010 and higher. If you have in followers in Honolulu, this is a great program to start your architecture education!
